Job description:

1. Participate in and assist the customer manager to implement the customer development and maintenance plan; Participate in the formulation of main sales objectives and plans;

2. Communicate with customers regularly and master customer status and needs in time;

3. Assist in new customer development and customer information collection; Analyze relevant information and feed back business opportunities to account manager;

4. Assist in maintaining key customer relations, regularly organize and arrange customer visits and other market activities, and regularly organize new services of the marketing system
Business and products, develop new business;

5. Regularly analyze and sort out customer files, formulate customer follow-up plan and solve relevant problems according to sales data analysis

6. Assist in handling and resolving customer complaints;

Job requirements:

1. Good customer development ability and service awareness, good brand and marketing planning ability;

2. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and language expression skills, strong public relations ability, adaptability and negotiation ability
power; Working experience in customer development and maintenance is preferred;

3. Good learning ability, teamwork ability and strong sense of responsibility, with challenge and research spirit;

4. CET-6 or above, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; Able to communicate in English and other foreign languages (German, Greek)
